MARINES HELPING MARINES

Department of FL Marines helping Marines Chairman Lou Slagle, a member of the PFC Bruce W. Carter Detachment, worked tirelessly, along with others, to get our Wounded Warriors accommodated. They were brought in from all over the country to attend the Super Bowl. A pig roast was held in their honor. Many Marine Corps Leaguers,City politicians and the Miami Dolphin Cheerleaders and several of the players were on hand to greet them.

PFC Bruce Carter Det 052

Marine Cpl McCall was quite humbled with the surprise send off he received by everyone showing up at his home. The Freedom Riders took him on his 1st ever motorcycle ride around his neighborhood (with their whole pack, flags flying, air horns etc.) You should've seen that big ear to ear smile on his face! Miss Florida and Miss Miami were on hand to their support for the Corporal

PFC Bruce Carter Det 052 Adjutant Art Angelica and Paymaster Helga Laks were on hand to help send off this warrior.
